Asiago identified three major pain points that led to WorkKE’s creation:

• Inefficient recruitment processes: Traditional hiring methods are often expensive, time-consuming, and ill-suited for project-based needs
• Lack of locally optimized platforms: While global freelance sites exist, they aren’t always designed with African business realities in mind (payment systems, affordability, support)
