Cascador, a platform dedicated to supporting growth-stage founders across Africa, has announced applications are now open for its 2026 ScaleUp program. This intensive initiative equips entrepreneurs with essential leadership skills, strategic clarity, and access to critical networks needed to succeed in today’s dynamic business environment.

Since launching in 2019, Cascador has already supported 70 founders who have collectively raised over $125 million and created nearly 67,000 jobs – a testament to the program’s impact. The ScaleUp program represents Cascador’s flagship offering, providing tailored support that strengthens leadership capabilities and sharpens strategic vision.

What the Program Offers:

• Bespoke 1:1 mentorship from investors, industry experts, and strategic partners\n- Eligibility for follow-on funding through Cascador’s Catalytic Fund (US$2–5 million annually)\n- A comprehensive 12-week curriculum culminating in a live pitch day\n- Access to a powerful network of peers, mentors, and potential investors
