The JSE-listed company has recently restructured its leadership to champion this vision, with new executives focused on integrating AI across core business processes rather than treating it as a peripheral tool.

At 4Sight, AI isn’t viewed as just another software layer but as technology that can design, execute, and optimize entire workflows. CEO Tertius Zitzke explained that the company takes a holistic approach, beginning with data structuring and process mapping before introducing AI solutions. “We focus on building digital foundations first—ensuring your data is organized and processes are optimized—so when you introduce AI, it has something meaningful to work with,” he said in an interview.
